Triennial Sunflower Maze

 Every three years the Inn Between Restaurant in Camillus gets a large enough crop of sunflowers to create a maze in the fields.  The flowers are pollenated by their own bee colonies, which are harvested for honey regularly.  The flowers are sold for decoration, seeds, and oil.
